SCRANTON - City police are looking for a burglar who broke into an Orchard Street church but apparently left empty-handed.
City police responded to Nativity of Our Lord Church, 633 Orchard St., Thursday morning to investigate the apparent burglary after the Rev. Michael Bryant noticed a broken window leading to the church's basement.
Scranton police Capt. Carl Graziano said it appeared someone had kicked the window in and entered the church but the Rev. Bryant told investigating officers it did not appear anything had actually been taken.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Scranton Police Department at 348-4134.
